In the wake of the devastating floods that struck the Philippines on August 2, 2025, the Neo Black Movement (NBM) of Africa: Philippines Zone stepped up to provide crucial assistance to the residents of Barangay Pansol. The organization’s timely intervention offered a beacon of hope to those grappling with the aftermath of the natural disaster.
A donation event was organized to distribute essential relief items to affected families. The event commenced with a warm welcome from Barangay Councilor Hon. Yvan Mangubat, who represented Chairman Hon. Joel D. Martinez. Councilor Mangubat expressed gratitude for the NBM of Africa’s compassionate response to the community’s plight.
Barr. Kizito Nwaokafor, President of the NBM of Africa: Philippines Zone, delivered a message of solidarity, offering words of encouragement and prayer to the flood victims. He emphasized the organization’s commitment to supporting communities in need and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.
Abraham E. Omatsone, the NBM of Africa’s National Representative, further highlighted the organization’s overarching mission and the significance of their ongoing humanitarian work.
