Pupils, School management Commend NBM Over Donation of Desks

The pupils and management of State Primary, Azuabie in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, have commended the Ozuabie/Odili Road Sub-Zone of NBM of Africa, following the recent donation of nine desks to the school

Recall that Ozuabie/Odili Sub-Zone is under Port-Harcourt Chapter of the Pan-African Organization.

Responding to the Humanitarian gesture of NBM of Africa in the area, the Head Mistress of the School, Mrs. Alabo Mabel, thanked the Organization for the donations.

Mrs. Olabo who was visibly elated, expressed her deep appreciation to NBM of Africa for coming to their aids, maintaining that the furniture materials would be properly utilised by the pupils.

She narrated how other Organizations have earlier failed in their promises to help the school until the foremost Pan-African Organisation came to their rescue.

Earlier in his address, Engr. Eyibo Emuobor, South-South Regional President, NBM of Africa, said that NBM is committed to improving lives of the people.

He further maintained that the Organization is also committed to the educational development of the people.

Emuobor said: “Our humanitarian gestures remain an important event within the framework of our commitment to educational development in line with our vision and mission mandate to improve lives”.

The NBM of Africa South-South Regional President, assured the school that plans are underway for the leadership of his region to impact on the school.

On his part, Comrade Furo Mangibo who represented the Port-Harcourt Chapter of the organisation, urged teachers in the school to give the pupils quality education that would make them excel in life.

Also speaking, the Azuabie/Odili Road Sub-Zonal Coordinator, Mr. Victor Friday thanked the school management for the warm reception accorded members of the Organization during the visit

He assured that the Sub-Zone under his leadership would continue to support the school.

The high point of the ceremony was a prayer session held by the pupils and management of the school for NBM of Africa.
