This press release serves as an official clarification that NBM of Africa Worldwide is a lawful, responsible, and disciplined organization founded on integrity, justice, Black solidarity, cultural advancement, and the promotion of world peace. Our Organization is committed to protecting fundamental human rights and advancing humanity without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or social status, in line with international human rights standards.

The NBM of Africa logo does not represent violence, criminality, or lawlessness. Our emblem stands for discipline, unity, service, responsibility, and justice. The logo being circulated in false reports is not the official logo of NBM of Africa Worldwide. Our official logo is duly trademarked, and the public is advised to stop using it interchangeably with the name “Black Axe.” NBM of Africa Worldwide has no affiliation with that name, and such misinformation must be corrected.

False narratives have been pushed to justify unlawful arrests and wrongful profiling of some innocent members, especially through reports linked to the Bavarian Police authorities in Germany. Legal action has already been instituted against the Bavarian Police and the German Government for defamation of character, and the matter is before a competent court in Germany. Similar legal actions will be taken against Swiss authorities and Europol for damaging the image of the Organization. Their actions reflect racism, injustice, and unlawful profiling against Black people.

NBM of Africa Worldwide does not support criminality in any form. Every member must uphold the dignity and principles of the Organization. Any involvement in illegal activities, fraud, violence, or conduct contrary to our grundnorms is strictly condemned and will attract disciplinary action, suspension, expulsion, and where necessary, lawful prosecution by security agencies.

We encourage all security agencies across the world to carry out thorough investigations and prosecute anyone found guilty in accordance with the law, without unfairly dragging the name of the Organization into matters unrelated to its lawful principles and operations. Criminal responsibility is personal and should not be used to falsely label or malign a legitimate Organization.

NBM of Africa Worldwide remains a body of responsible men committed to peace, justice, accountability, and service to humanity. We will continue to defend our integrity and uphold our values with firmness and respect for the rule of law.
