A DEFINING DECLARATION OF LAW, PEACE, AND PURPOSE

To Whom It May Concern

We, the leadership of NBM of Africa Worldwide, issue this historic statement to the global community, security institutions, and civil authorities.

NBM of Africa Worldwide is a humanitarian, non-religious, non-tribal, Pan-African organization, founded on discipline, service, and lawful conduct. In strict accordance with the last paragraph on page one of our Constitution, we state clearly and unequivocally that the Organization does not infer, endorse, promote, or tolerate violence, lawlessness, or criminality in any form. Further, Part II, Section 2, Subsections 9 & 10 of the NBM Constitution 2024 (as amended) affirm our commitment to Black solidarity, culture, WORLD PEACE, and the protection of fundamental human rights, in full alignment with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights.

The NBM badge (axe and circle) is symbolic, not violent, representing labour, resilience, unity, and the lawful dismantling of oppression, not force. Every member is constitutionally bound to serve humanity, uphold moral discipline, and obey the laws of the land without exception.

Our position is final and uncompromising: any member involved in crime must face the law. NBM of Africa Worldwide remains open, cooperative, and proactive with lawful security agencies in the interest of peace and public safety. NBM of Africa Worldwide is lawful, disciplined, and mission-driven, not a threat to society, but a partner in building it.
