NBM Cambodia Chapter Visits Orphanage, Donates items Worth Millions of Cambodian Riels

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to humanity, the NBM of Africa, Cambodia Chapter, on July 14 2023 visited the National Borey Infants and Children orphanage home in Cambodia, where items worth millions of Cambodian Riels were donated to the orphanage.

The visit which was led by the President of the Cambodia Chapter of the NBM, Mr. Abdulsadiq Sadiq, was aimed at putting smiles on the faces of the people.

He explained that the NBM is a Pan-African organisation, which operates strictly on the principles of democracy, equity, school justice, and the promotion of African cultures and traditions.

Expressing surprise by the NBM humanitarian gestures during the visit, the Director of the Orphanage, Mrs Srey Sophea, commended the leadership and members of the chapter for coming to the aid of the orphans.

Mrs Sophea advised the organization (NBM) not to relent in its support for humanity but to do more for the people, assuring of her orphanage’s preparedness to partner with the NBM.

This is just as the Orphanage Director also admonished other organisations to emulate the humanitarian gestures of the NBM and reach out to the needy.

She, however, prayed to God to continue strengthening members of the NBM and the organisation in order for the group to do more for the people.

The NBM, Cambodia Chapter has scheduled to its next visit to the prison facility in Cambodia.
